The operating voltage of an electrode material is not always easily determined from the discharge curve. It is best determined from a cyclic voltammogram (CV) or a dQ/dV plot in which all plateaus are tranformed into peaks. As shown in the CV below, NMC operates at ~3.7 V vs Li/Li+.
